The 4th Avenue Lofts
The 4th Avenue Lofts development will bring 10 new loft-style, ownership homes to Sacramento's historic Oak Park neighborhood. Diagonal from the restored Guild Theater, the new project will add to the momentum started with the 40 Acres development at 35th Street & Broadway, and will set the standard for new construction in the historic neighborhood.
The project is comprised of two home designs- three Rowhouse Live/ Work units at the corner of 35th Street and 4th Avenue, and seven Lofts along each street frontage. There will be a large, secure Drive Court with decorative paving and landscaping that leads to individual private courtyards, and each loft will have its own detached single-car garage. The project design combines contemporary and traditional materials and elements in a way that harmonizes, yet offers distinction to the surrounding buildings.
Beneath the mature tree canopy and beside ornate historic buildings, The 4th Avenue Lofts will help re-establish the mixed-use, neighborhood commercial feel once present in the area. With its close proximity to new cafés, art galleries, retail shops, McGeorge School of Law, and McClatchy Park, the 4th Avenue Lofts will be in the center of a neighborhood embarking on a vibrant future.
